Recipe - Ham-Broccoli Chowder

2 tablespoon Flour
One fourth cup Minced onion
1 cn (small) evaporated milk
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
2 cup Diced ham
2 cup Water
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Light cream
1. Mix flour and milk in cooker. 2. Add other ingredients except cream. 3.
Cook on low 7 hours, or on automatic 4 hours. 4. Before serving, stir in
cream and heat.
Yield: 6 servings
Note: May be doubled for 6 quart cooker.
