One fourth cup Chopped ham pieces (3 tb)
One half cup Grated Swiss cheese (One fourth c)
2 One half tablespoon Dehydrated minced onion 5 ts

1 teaspoon Dry mustard (One half ts)
One half teaspoon Salt (One fourth ts)
2 One half cup Bread flour (1 Three fourths c)
2 One half tablespoon Butter (5 ts)
7 ounce Warm milk (4 One half oz)
NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1 One half pound
loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during
baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than
usual, due to the fresh cheese in the recipe.
