Recipe - Halloween Cookies-Ghosts

2 tablespoon NESTLE Baking Cocoa
One half cup HIGHLANDER Sweetened
Condensed Milk
100 g Butter
2 One half cup Plain biscuit crumbs
1 cup Desiccated coconut
One half cup NESTLE Milk Choc Bits
One half cup Raisins
NESTLE White Melts; melted
and ALLEN'S
; Snakes Alive,
; Monster Mix and
; Creepy Critters for
; decorating
Combine the cocoa, condensed milk and butter in a saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly until the mixture just comes to the boil.
Remove from the heat and leave until cold. Place the biscuit crumbs,
coconut, Choc Bits and raisins in a large bowl.
Add the cocoa mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
Press into a wellgreased 20cm x 20cm x 4cm tin and chill for 2030
minutes.
Ice with Chocolate Icing and decorate with melted White Melts, Snakes
Alive, Monster Mix and Creepy Critters. Chill until set, then cut into bars
or squares.
Chocolate Icing:
Place 1 One half cups icing sugar, 3 tablespoons NESTLE Baking Cocoa, 3
tablespoons butter and One fourth teaspoon vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix to a
spreading consistency with 23 tablespoons boiling water.
