Recipe - Halloween Cookie Pizza

Three fourths cup Light brown sugar
One half cup Butter flavored shortening
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 One fourth cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Peanut butter chips
1 cup Miniture marshmallows
One half cup Semisweet choclate chips
One half cup Pecans, chopped
CHOCLATE DRIZZLE
One fourth cup Semisweet choclate chips
1 One half tablespoon Butter flavored shortening
ORANGE DRIZZLE
One half cup Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Water
3 dr Yellow food coloring
2 dr Red food coloring

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 12" round pizza pan. In large
bowl, beat sugar and shortening until creamy . Add egg, water and
vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour,
baking soda and salt; add to sugar mixture, beating on low speed
until blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread batter in prepared
pan to within 1/2" of edge. Bake 1113 mintes or until set. Remove
from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows , choclate chips and pecans over the
top. Return to oven. Bake 57 minutes or until marshmallows are
lightly browned. Cool completely Blend choclate drizzle ingredients
and drizzle over the top; blend orange drizzle ingredients, and
drizzle over the choclate. Let stand one hour until drizzle sets. Cut
into wedges. Makes 1620 servings.
