Recipe - Halibut With Ginger And Garlic

4 Sheets (12x18inches each)
Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty
Aluminum Foil
4 Halibut steaks (Three fourths to
1inch thick each)
8 ounce Fresh Portabella Mushrooms,
cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Filippo Berio Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt
PREHEAT Grill to mediumhigh or preheat oven to 450 degrees F. CENTER one
fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining
ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon onefourth of mushroom mixture over
each fish steak. BRING up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends
to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulatio inside packet. Repeat to
make 4 packets. GRILL 12 to 14 minutes on mediumhigh in covered grill OR
BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
