Recipe - Halibut Steaks

Ingredients:

1 pound Halibut steaks; about 1inch
thick
1/3 cup Lowcalorie Italian dressing
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Paprika

Place steaks in microwave dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour
over fish. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning
once.

Turn back one corner of plastic wrap for venting. Microwave on high power
for 45 minutes, rotating dish One fourth turn after 2 minutes. Let stand 23
minutes before serving. Yields 4 servings, 128 calories per serving.
