Recipe - Halibut Scrod From Cordova

Halibut fillets
One half cup Melted butter
1 One half cup Bread crumbs
Three fourths cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Parsley flakes, optional
Dip fish in milk; coat with mixture of crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour One fourth cup butter in bottom of pan; arrange fish in pan, sprinkle with
parsley flakes. Bake at 375400 degrees until browned and fish flakes
easily with a fork (about 20 minutes).
