Recipe - Halibut Italiano

1 One half pound Halibut fillets cut into 4
servings
2 cup Prepared spaghetti sauce
One half cup Sliced mushrooms
One fourth cup Sliced olives
One half cup Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Olive oil
Place fish in oiled baking pan. Top with mushrooms and olives. Pour
spaghetti sauce over the top and bake for 10 minutes at 400o. Remove from
oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until fish flakes
easily with a fork. Serve with chopped parsley over the top and a lemon
wedge on the side.
Great dish and easy to prepare. Other types of white fish may be
substituted.
