Recipe - Gun Powder Spice

2 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoon Cayenne
2 tablespoon White pepper
2 tablespoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Dried; minced, orange zest
1 Sheet Nori (seaweed); minced
3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
3 tablespoon Black sesame seeds
1. Combine all and store in a airtight container.
Suggestions for service:
Fish & shark Pat on, sear, serve with coulis or morrocan BBQ sauce
Ahi Tuna Pat on, sear, slice for sashimi
Sashimi is cut or sliced up raw fish served with ginger root, shredded diakon radish,
wasabi sauce, or soy sauce. Make sure that you use very fresh fish for
sashimi.
In todays market, in the fine dining area, fish is generally served medium
rare..
