Recipe - Gumdrop Tea Bread

2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
One fourth cup Sugar or substitute
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Mace
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoon Prune puree or margarine
1 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
Substitute
1 cup Nonfat Milk
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Gumdrops minced , no black
Ones
4 tablespoon Flour
Sift all dry ingredients except the 4 T flour for dredging the fruit and
candy. Add liquid to the dry ingredients mixing smooth; don't beat. Dredge
raisins and gumdrops in flour. Add to the batter. Put in prepared lof
pan. Let sit 20 min. Bake 45 min in 350 deg. F. oven.
