Recipe - Guiness Oatmeal Bread

2 cup Bread flour unbleached
One half cup Wholewheat flour
1 cup Oatmeal, instant
One half cup Cornmeal
1 One half teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoon Buttermilk, dried
One half cup Flat Guiness stout room
Temperature
3 tablespoon Maple syrup
2 Egg whites
One half cup Water + 1 T
2 One half teaspoon Yeast

Process as directed by machine manufacturer.
