Recipe - Guinans Goope (Goo-Pay)

1 cn (7oz) tuna; packed in
water, well drained
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese; room
temperature
One half Juiced lemon; (or use real
lemon)
1 tablespoon Finely chopped dill weed;
fresh if possible
2 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish

Recipe By: Whoopi Goldberg (used by permission) from "Recipes Through Time
and Space". Whoopi Goldberg plays the role of Guinan on Star Trek: The Next
Generation.

Combine all ingredients and place in the center of an appetizer tray
surrounded by pumpernickel, crackers, or what ever. This dish is VERY
popular in TENFORE!

NOTES: (editorial by Chris Cancilla) I have added well minced jalapeno's to
this for an added kick. It turned out wonderful.
