Recipe - Guava Chicken

One fourth teaspoon Five spice
One half cup Catsup
One half cup Shoyu
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Oyster sauce
1 cn (6oz) guava concentrate
1 Clove crushed garlic
5 pound Chicken thighs
Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Bake, fry or grill chicken
until done.
TIME INCLUDES OVERNIGHT MARINATE
