Recipe - Guadeloupe Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
Guadeloupe Chicken Salad recipe makes 6 Servings
2 cup Cutup chicken; (cooked)
One fourth cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Finely chopped carrot
2 tablespoon Cilantro
2 tablespoon Capers; (drained)
2 tablespoon Finely chopped red bell
pepper
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth cup Finely chopped onion
4 tablespoon TABASCO green pepper sauce
Salt to taste
1 Avocado; peel, cut in wedges
Lettuce leaves
Paprika
Toss all ingredients except avocado, lettuce and paprika. Serve on lettuce
leaves with avocado wedges. Sprinkle with paprika. Add more TABASCO® green
sauce for spicier fare, if desired. Makes 4
