Recipe - Guacamole Con Tomate Verde (Tomatillos)

1 pound Tomatillos; husked
1 Chile serrano; seeded
1 small White onion; quartered
3 md Avocados
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

(Tomatillos) a mild guacamole
Put the tomatillos, chile, and onion in a saucepan and add water to cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, covered, until the tomatillos are
tender, about 10 min. Drain. Puree these vegetables. Mince or mash the
avocados. Add the tomatillo mixture and the rest of the stuff. Mix.
