1 md Hot baked potato
One half cup Chopped walnuts
3 tablespoon Butter
3 cup Icing sugar (up to 4)
4 tablespoon Cocoa
Interesting, I just ran across this in "Food that Really Schmecks" by Edna

Scoop out the potato from the skin and beat with butter until creamy; add
sugar and cocoa gradually, then add nuts. Knead until it will mould, pack
into a buttered pan and cut into squares.
