Recipe - Ground Meat Pizza

7 One half ounce Refrigerated biscuits
8 ounce Nosaltadded tomato sauce
One half teaspoon Olive oil
One half cup Ground chicken breast,
skinless
1 teaspoon Pizza seasoning
One fourth teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 cup Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Onions; chopped
1 tablespoon Red and green bell peppers;
chopped
One half cup Fatfree mozzarella cheese;
grated
One fourth cup Fatfree cheddar cheese;
grated
2 tablespoon Fatfree parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a toaster oven tray with cooking spray. Press
biscuits onto bottom and sides of prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 7
minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon tomato sauce onto partially baked crust.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, italian seasoning,
pizza seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Spread meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle with mushrooms, onions, bell
peppers, and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese
has melted.
