Recipe - Ground Chuck Picadillo

1 One half pound Ground chuck
1 One half cup Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 cn (8 oz.) tomato sauce
One half cup Green olives, cut or sliced up
1/3 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
In a nonstick skillet, over high heat, cook the ground chuck, breaking
into pieces. Remove meat with slotted spoon. Pour off all but one
tablespoon of grease. Reduce the heat to medium, cook onions and garlic
until soft. Add lime juice, tomato sauce, olives, raisins, cumin and
cinnamon. Simmer 20 minutes. Season to taste. Serves 4.
