2 tablespoon Orange juice
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 pound Lean ground beef (or any
other ground meat)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoon Ginger; minced
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Orange rind; grated
(optional)
One fourth cup Hoisin sauce
1 bn Green onion; chopped
Rice or couscous; cooked

This is one of our favorites! The meal is very aromatic and flavorful, as
well as quick and easy to make!! The recipe is from the Calgary Herald.
Combine orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl and set aside. Saute
meat in large skillet over medhigh heat until cooked through; break up
with a fork. Drain off excesss juice and fat, and set aside. Add sesame oil
to skillet and stirfry ginger, garlic and orange peel (optional) briefly.
Add green onion and stirfry 1 minute. Return meat to skillet and add
hoisin; stir until blended. Add orange juice mixture and stir until
thickened (about 1 minute). Spoon onto rice or couscous; this can be
flavored with chicken stock while cooking. Serve immediately.
