Recipe - Ground Beef Pizza

1 pound Lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Canned tomatoes; well drain
2 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
2 tablespoon Onion; finely chopped
One half cup Lowfat process American
2 One half teaspoon Italian seasoning
One fourth teaspoon Allspice
Cheese; shredded
1. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper.
2. Pat meat into 9inch nonstick pie pan.
3. Spread tomatoes over meat.
4. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomatomeat mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Cut into 6 equal wedges to serve.
Yield: 6 servings Each serving: 1 wedge Each serving may be exchanged for:
