Recipe - Grooms Bread

2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 One half cup Bread flour
One half cup Whole wheat flour
1/3 cup Wheat germ; toasted
1 tablespoon Orange zest; grated
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar; dark
4 tablespoon Powdered milk
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 One fourth cup Water; plus 1 tb
One half cup Fruits; dried, mixed,
coarsely chopped

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if
possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.

Yield: 1 loaf
