Recipe - Grilled Veggies

2 lg Vidalia onions; quartered,
(or other sweet onion)
3 Thin green zucchini squash;
unpeeled, cut or sliced up thick
1 pound Sliced mushrooms
1 Red or yellow pepper; cut or sliced up
This is one of our favorites and comes from CHEZ PATRICK our house! These
ingredients are for about 4 people, but can easily be modified for company.
Cut a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and spray with olive oil. Put
the veggies in the foil and salt and pepper. I also use some basil and Mrs.
Dash seasoning. Seal foil tightly and grill on low for about One half hr. Check
for doneness may need a little more time. No need to add water, they make
their own juice. Great for camping, too!
