8 ounce Pasta; uncooked
1 Onion; cut or sliced up
1 Bell pepper; cut or sliced up
4 Tomatoes; cut into chunks
1 Zucchini; cut or sliced up
1 Yellow squash; cut or sliced up
Bottled Italian dressing
One fourth cup Chopped fresh basil
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions and keep warm. Combine 5
vegetables in a bowl. Mix with enough Italian dressing to moisten. Grill
about 6 minutes or until tender use of a disposable grill sheet helps.
Toss with warm pasta. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese. Yield: 4
