Recipe - Grilled Vegetable Plate

MARINADE
1 cup Fresh garlic
1 cup Fresh parsley
One fourth cup Oregano
One fourth cup Tarragon
One fourth cup Basil
2 Lemons; (juice only)
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 qt Olive oil
Chop parsley, tarragon, basil, and oregano together until very fine. Mix
garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Cut
up zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, onions (any vegetables). Baste
vegetables with marinade and charbroil on barbeque grill. Serve as an
entree or a side dish.
