Recipe - Grilled Vegetable Marinade

One fourth cup Lemon juice
One half cup Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
1 One half teaspoon Basil; oregano or thyme
1/8 teaspoon Hot chili oil or cayenne
pepper powder
One half teaspoon Salt
Whip olive oil into lemon juice and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour
into a jar that has a lid. Prepare your vegetables according to the Grilled
Vegetables recipe and prepare the grill. As the vegetables cook on the
grill, brush repeatedly with this mixture. Shake the mixture before each
brushing.
Yields: Three fourths cup
NOTES : A light, garliclemonbasil marinade for grilled vegetables. Recipe
