18 ounce Turkeybreast Filets
3 Limes
3 One half ounce Mild Pepperoni; cut or sliced up
2 Corn Cobs
2 tablespoon Oil
One half tablespoon Chilipowder
Sauce 1:;
1 Three fourths ounce Sweet Cream
1 Banana; soft, mashed
Curry; salt, pepper
Sauce 2:;
3 One half ounce Blue Cheese; crumbled
3 One half ounce Yogurt
Pepper
Sauce 3:;
3 One half ounce Sweet Cream
1 Three fourths ounce Cranberries; jellied, mashed
Horseradish to taste
Mix the juice from one lime with the oil and the chilipowder together. Cut
the turkeyfilets into cubes. Slice the limes into thin slices. Cut each
corncob in half. Take all and put on long scewers and spread with the
oilmix and grill for about 1015 minutes. For the sauces mix all the
ingridients together and put in bowls and serve with turkey.
