Recipe - Grilled Tuna With Chinese Five Spice Sauce

1 pound Tuna steaks
1 One fourth teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice; plus 1 teaspoon
1/3 cup Lite soy sauce
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon Honey
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1 One fourth teaspoon Chinese five spice
Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat
source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. While the tuna steaks are
marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for
10 minutes over medium heat. Grill the tuna steaks for 67 minutes on each
side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce.

43mg, protein 30.0g, carbohydrates 14.0g, fiber 0.5g, sodium 3910mg.
