Recipe - Grilled Tomato Pizzas

Ingredients:

1 pack (32ounce) frozen bread
dough
3 Red tomatoes; cut into
1/4inch slices
3 Yellow tomatoes; cut into
1/4inch slices
1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
One half cup Chopped fresh basil
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Thaw 1 (32ounce) package frozen bread dough. Roll dough to 1/4inch
thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into 4 rounds.

Brush 1 side of each round with 1 One half teaspoons olive oil, and place, oiled
side down, on grill rack over mediumhigh heat (350° to 400°).

Grill, without grill lid, 2 to 3 minutes or until light grill marks appear
on bottoms.

Brush tops with 1 One half teaspoons olive oil, and turn oiled side down.

Sprinkle evenly with toppings, and cook pizzas by desired recipe.

Arrange tomatoes in a single layer in a lightly greased grill basket;
grill, covered with grill lid, over mediumhigh heat (350° to 400°) 2
minutes.

Combine feta cheese and next 4 ingredients. Arrange tomato slices evenly
over pizza crusts; sprinkle evenly with cheese mixture.

Grill, covered with grill lid, over mediumhigh heat (350° to 400°) about 3
minutes or until slightly crisp. Yield: 4 pizzas.
