Recipe - Grilled T-Bones With Bourbon Porter Marinade

6 pound Tbone steaks
One half cup Beer; porter
One fourth cup Bourbon
One fourth cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Green onions; minced
Mix together all wet and dry ingredients. Place steaks in a nonreactive
dish and marinate at least 3 hours or over night. Prepare the grill for the
direct heat method and grill using a mediumhot fire. Grill for 78 minutes
per side or for desired doneness. Remove and enjoy.
