Recipe - Grilled Swordfish With Walnut Sauce

4 Swordfish steaks (6 ounce ea)
1 tablespoon Melted butter
Sauce:
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 pn Salt
One fourth teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoon Walnut oil
One fourth cup Olive oil
Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 minutes each side. Sauce:
Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.
Brush fish with sauce & serve.
