Recipe - Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients:

4 8oz. swordfish steaks
One half cup Teryaki sauce
2 tablespoon Margarine; melted
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in teryaki sauce. Spray grill with a
nonstick coating. Grill fish over medium coals 56 minutes per side,
basting frequently with melted margarine. Season with garlic powder. Check
fish for flakiness when done.
