Recipe - Grilled Steaks With Tomato-And-Black Bean Salsa

1 cn (14 1/2ounce) minced
tomatoes, undrained
1 cn (15ounce) black beans,
rinsed and drained
1 cn (15 1/4ounce) whole kernel
corn with red and green
peppers, drained
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth cup Chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoon Lime juice
2 Garlic cloves, halved
6 Beef (1inchthick) strip
steaks
1 teaspoon Pepper
Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Rub cut sides of
garlic over steaks; sprinkle with pepper. Remove 3 tablespoons liquid from
salsa, and drizzle over steaks. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over
mediumhigh heat (350ø to 400ø) 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree
of doneness. Serve with salsa.
