Recipe - Grilled Steak With Blue Cheese

1/3 cup White wine vinegar
1/3 cup Water
2 tablespoon Soy sauce or tamari
1 lg Onion cut or sliced up
2 Cloves garlic crushed
One fourth teaspoon Pepper or to taste
1 One half pound Porterhouse steak
One fourth cup Blue cheese, crumbled or
To taste
Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak
lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hours or
overnight.
Grill steak on one side for 5 7 minutes. Turn & top carefully with
crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 7 minutes or until desired
doneness.
