Recipe - Grilled Shish Kabobs

1 One half pound Boneless tender beef 1"
Thick
2 lg Bell peppers
2/3 cup Teriyaki baste & glaze
1 teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
8 10" metal skewers
Cut beef into 1" cubes & each bell pepper into 16 pieces. Combine
teriyaki, onion powder, ginger, chili powder & pepper sauce; remove
1/3 cup mix & pour over beef & peppers in bowl, tossing to coat.
Thread beef & peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between
pieces. Cook skewers on grill 5" from hot coals 4 minutes on each
side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with
remaining sauce mix.
