1 Lemon; juice of
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh oregano
Pepper
Clean and descale the sea bass, and season with pepper.
Heat the grill to moderately hot. Place the fish in a lightly oiled grill
pan and cook for 2025 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Transfer the fish to a warmed serving dish.
Pour over the lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.
Serve the fish hot with boiled new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or
leave to cool and serve cold with a salad.
