Recipe - Grilled Sausage- Spinach Pizzas

Ingredients:

1 pack (32ounce) frozen bread
dough
1 pack (10ounce) frozen chopped
spinach; thawed
One half pound Ground hot pork sausage
2 cup (8 ounces) shredded Monterey
Jack cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper

Thaw 1 (32ounce) package frozen bread dough. Roll dough to 1/4inch
thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into 4 rounds.

Brush 1 side of each round with 1 One half teaspoons olive oil, and place, oiled
side down, on grill rack over mediumhigh heat (350° to 400°).

Grill, without grill lid, 2 to 3 minutes or until light grill marks appear
on bottoms.

Brush tops with 1 One half teaspoons olive oil, and turn oiled side down.

Sprinkle evenly with toppings, and cook pizzas by desired recipe.

Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels. Brown sausage
in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain well.

Combine spinach, sausage, and remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over
pizza crusts.

Grill, covered with grill lid, over mediumhigh heat (350° to 400°) about 2
minutes or until slightly crisp. Yield: 4 pizzas.
