Recipe - Grilled Salmon

Three fourths cup Chopped seeded peeled tomato
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Olive oil
2 Cloves of garlic minced
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce (up to 1/4)
Salmon steaks (46)
1. Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into a shallow dish : add salmon turning to coat. Cover and marinate
in refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer turning
2. Remove from marinade, reserving marinade
3. Grill or broil basting occasionally until fish flakes easily with a fork
