Recipe - Grilled Rosemary Chicken

One half cup Tabasco® New Orleans Style
Steak Sauce
1 lg Shallot; minced (2 tbsp)
1 Garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped rosemary or 2
teaspoons dried rosemary;
crumbled
1 teaspoon Tabasco® pepper sauce
1 lg Flank steak; about 2 pounds
1 Rosemary sprigs for garnish
In 12 x 8inch baking dish, combine steak sauce, shallot, garlic, vegetable
oil, rosemary and Tabasco pepper sauce. Add flank steak; turn to coat both
sides. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Bring to room temperature before grilling.
Preheat grill or broiler. Place steak on rack in grill or broiler pan. Cook
12 to 15 minutes, turning midway, for mediumrare or until of desired
doneness. Serve with additional steak sauce and garnish with rosemary
sprigs, if desired.
