Portabello mushrooms
Italian dressing

I don't use a special recipe for cooking the portabello caps. I just break
them off from the stems and clean them with a damp cloth. Do not wash. They
absorb too much water. Marinate them in a ziplock bag with whatever
Italian salad dressing you have on hand. I have used bottled and homemade
and my family seems to like them both about the same. Then grill them about
2 to 3 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
