Recipe - Grilled Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
Grilled Pasta Salad recipe makes 4 Servings
8 Catfish fillets (up to 10)
Three fourths cup Melted butter or margarine
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Salt
Paprika
Combine butter, lemon juice and salt. Lightly grease large strip of
aluminum foil and place sauce on foil. Place fillets in sauce. Top each
fillet with 2 tbs sauce and sprinkle with paprika. Bring foil up over fish
and close edges. Place on grill over moderately hot coals. Cook about 20 to
25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
