Recipe - Grilled New Potatoes With Garlic

1 tablespoon Reducedcalorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 sl Rye bread, (1ounce)
2 sl Swissflavored nonfat,
(3/4ounce) process cheese
product
4 ounce Lean lowersalt smoked ham,
thinly cut or sliced up
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up green cabbage
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise
mixture over each of 2 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese slice, 1 ounce
ham, One half cup cabbage, and 1 ounce ham. Top with remaining bread slices.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until
hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 2
servings.

36g Carbohydrate; 126mg Cholesterol; 2079mg Sodium
