Recipe - Grilled Moroccan Spices

8 sl White bread
8 sl Mozzarella cheese; 1oz each
4 Italian plum tomatoes;
cut or sliced up
Fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoon Margarine or butter;
softened
To assemble sandwiches, top each of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of
cheese, slices from 1 tomato, fresh basil leaves and second slice of
cheese; top with remaining bread slices.
Spread margarine on outside of each sandwich. Heat large skillet or
griddle to 375 degrees. Cook sandwiches in skillet over medium heat for 23
minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
