1 pound Cubed beef
12 lg Shrimp
1 lg Sliced onion
2 Bell peppers; cut into cubes
2 md Sliced zucchini
12 Mushrooms; cut in half
Cooking oil
DIPPING SAUCE
1 cup Soy sauce
One half cup Rice vinegar
One half teaspoon Grated ginger root
1 cup Grated daikon (japanese
radish)
3 tablespoon White toasted sesame seeds
Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill welloiled beef, shrimp and
vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish.
Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all dipping sauce ingredients.
Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
