Categories: Travels, A, La, Carte, Grilled Marinated Swordfish With Fire Roasted Peppers
Ingredients:

900 g Tuna steaks; about Three fourths inch
; thick
1 lg Lemon; juice of
8 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 Clove garlic; crushed
(optional)
Lemon wedges to serve

Divide the tuna into 4 portions if necessary, discarding the skin. Whisk
the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper, then stir in the
oregano and garlic if using. Pour over the tuna steaks and leave to
marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for a good 12 hours
turning once or twice.

Take the steaks out of the marinade and grill them, close to the heat, for
about 4 minutes on each side, until browned outside but still slightly pink
at the centre. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
