Recipe - Grilled Lobster Dinner

2 Lobster tails; or (6oz)
12 ounce Frozen shelled lobster meat
2 tablespoon Butter
One fourth cup White wine
One fourth teaspoon Lemon pepper; or your
favorite seasoning
Melt butter and combine with wine (much of the alcohol will evaporate,
leaving only the flavor) and seasoning.
Cut down the back of the lobster tails and gently spread apart. Baste with
sauce. Place on a hot grill and continue to baste frequently. Cook for 8
minutes. Baste and turn.
Cook for 5 more minutes or until done.
