Recipe - Grilled Italian Burgers

1 cup Fatfree Italian salad
dressing
4 Chicken breast halves
4 Ears of corn
2 lg Tomatoes; halved and
cut or sliced up

This is a very simple dish. In a shallow dish, pour One half cup of fatfree
Italian dressing over chicken breasts. In another dish pour remaining
dressing on corn and tomatoes. Marinate both covered in the refrigerator
for at least 3 hours to overnight. Turn all ingredients occasionally.
Remove chicken and vegetables, saving marinades. Grill chicken and corn for
20 minutes or until chicken is done; turning and basting with marinades.
Arrange tomatoes cutside up on grill. Grill for 10 minutes, basting
frequently with vegetable marinade. Serves 4. ( If you use skinless chicken
breasts, you will have to turn more often to prevent burning when
grilling.)
