2 tablespoon Butter; melted
Coarsegrained musard
12 sl Cocktail rye bread
One fourth pound Swiss; shredded
Three fourths cup Drained sauerkraut; squeezed
dry
1/3 pound Baked cut or sliced up ham
Lightly brush nonstick baking sheet with butter. spread mustard on one
side each bread slice. Arrange 6 slices bread on baking sheet. Top each
with cheese, 1 tablespoon sauerkraut, ham, then cover with remaining bread.
Brush remaining butter over sandwiches. Heat oven to 425F. Bake sandwiches
about 10 minutes, flip, return to oven and bake 5 minutes more. Serve warm
or at room temperature.
