2 Roma tomatoes; seeded and
minced
One half cup Red onion; minced
6 Basil leaves; chopped
4 tablespoon Capers
One fourth cup Calamata olives; pitted and
chopped
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper; to taste
Mix together above ingredients. Serve over grilled chicken or fish. Serves
