Recipe - Grilled Chicken Brochettes

1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoon Feta cheese
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced rosemary
One fourth cup Sliced scallions
1 pound Chicken breasts boneless;
skinless
2 Red bell peppers cut
Grilled asparagus
Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic,
rosemary and scallions. Add the cubed chicken breasts and coat well with
mixture. Season with salt and pepper and marinate for one hour. Drain
chicken from marinade. Using wooden skewers, thread the chicken and the cut
red bell peppers onto skewers. You can add your favorite vegetables onto
skewer. Place on barbecue and grill until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Serve with grilled asparagus.
