Recipe - Grilled Apple And Herb Marinated Pork Chops And Potatoes

6 Pork center loin chops, 1
inch thick
2 pound Red new potatoes, scrubbed
6 ounce Apple juice, frozen
concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup Apple jelly
One fourth cup Oil
3 tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Dried sage, crumbled
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Cover potatoes with 1 inch of water and simmer 10 minutes or until tender;
drain. Blend all ingredients except potatoes and chops in a blender. Halve
the potatoes and toss gently with One fourth cup of the marinade. Pour remaining
marinade over chops. Let chops and potatoes marinate separately, covered
and chilled, overnight.
Grill chops, marinade discarded, on oiled rack 78 minutes per side or
until just cooked through.
Grill potatoes, cut side down, for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
